The die casting mould temperature controller specifically designed for die-casting is mainly utilized for die-casting magnesium alloys, aluminium alloys, and zinc alloys. The surface temperature of aluminium alloys typically ranges from 180 to 270℃, that of magnesium alloys is from 180 to 300℃, and for zinc alloys, it is from 100 to 200℃. Hengde has developed a professional die-casting mould temperature controllers for these alloy moulds with relatively high surface temperatures, and its maximum control temperature can reach 350℃ (662℉).

The Hengde mould temperature controller units employ the latest microcomputer control panel. After setting the thermal equilibrium temperature, it can automatically control the temperature accuracy within ±1℃. It features a sturdy structure, an aesthetic design, convenient installation, and easy maintenance. In addition, the mould temperature controller is equipped with a working time display; a time-controlled automatic On/Off switch; a dual overheating protection for the automatic heating and cooling procedures of the hot oil; a display for indicating excessive or insufficient oil volume; and a machine operating status display function.

Optional accessories include an automatic suction and return oil system, an RS485 connection interface with the die-casting machine, an external temperature sensor cable, a motor filter protection, and a dual PID precise control.
