The surface temperature of aluminium alloy commonly falls within the range of 180 - 270℃, magnesium alloy has a surface temperature span of 180 - 300℃, and zinc alloy is within 100 - 200℃. Hengde has developed a professional zinc alloy die casting mould temperature controller catering to these alloy moulds with relatively high surface temperatures, with a maximum controllable temperature reaching 350℃ (662℉).
The Hengde zinc alloy die casting mould temperature controller adopts the latest microcomputer control board. Upon setting the thermal equilibrium temperature, it can automatically manage the temperature accuracy to be within ±1℃. It exhibits features like a solid structure, an attractive appearance, easy installation, and convenient maintenance. Besides, the mould temperature controller for zinc alloy is equipped with a display of working time; an automatic switch controlled by a timer; a dual overheat protection for the automatic heating and cooling procedures of the hot oil; a display for indicating the level of oil being too high or too low; and a function to show the operating status of the machine. Optional attachments available are an automatic suction and return of oil system, an RS485 connection interface with the die-casting machine, an external temperature sensing cable, a motor filter protection, and a dual PID precise control.
