2.8+2.8 KwA mould temperature controller machine (also called MTC Machine) dedicated to die-casting applications is mainly utilized in the die-casting of magnesium alloy, aluminium alloy and zinc alloy. The surface temperature of aluminium alloy usually lies between 180 and 270℃, magnesium alloy has a surface temperature range of 180 - 300℃, and zinc alloy is within 100 - 200℃. Hengde has produced a professional die-casting mould temperature controller unit machine (also called TCU machine) for these alloy moulds with relatively high surface temperatures, and its maximum control temperature can attain 350℃ (662℉).
The mould temperature controller of Hengde employs the state-of-the-art microcomputer control board. Once the thermal equilibrium temperature is set, it can automatically govern the temperature precision within ±1℃. It is endowed with features such as a sturdy build, an aesthetically pleasing design, convenient installment, and facile maintenance. Additionally, the mould temperature controller is furnished with a work time display; a time-regulated automatic On/Off switch; a dual overheat safeguard for the automatic heating and cooling regimen of the hot oil; a display for excessive or scant oil quantity; and a function to exhibit the machine's running status. Optional add-ons comprise an automatic oil suction and return mechanism, an RS485 connector for the die-casting machine, an external temperature sensing line, a motor filter protection, and a dual PID precise control.
