The surface temperature of aluminium alloy usually varies from 180 to 270℃, that of magnesium alloy is between 180 and 300℃, and for zinc alloy, it is within 100 - 200℃. Hengde has produced a professional die casting mould temperature controllers for these alloy moulds with elevated surface temperatures, and its peak control temperature can achieve 350℃ (662℉).
Hengde's magnesium alloy mould temperature controllers make use of the latest microcomputer control panel. After the thermal equilibrium temperature is configured, it can automatically regulate the temperature accuracy to be within ±1℃. It is characterized by a robust construction, an appealing design, convenient mounting, and effortless upkeep. Additionally, the aluminum alloy die casting mould temperature controller is furnished with a work time indicator; a time-regulated automatic On/Off control; a dual overheat protection for the automatic heating and cooling sequence of the hot oil; a display for excessive or insufficient oil quantity; and a function to exhibit the machine's service condition. Optional adjuncts include an automatic oil extraction and return facility, an RS485 connector for the die-casting machine, an external temperature sensing line, a motor filtration protection, and a dual PID precise control modality.
