An explosion-proof mold temperature controller is a specialized industrial temperature regulation apparatus, principally employed in specific locations where there is a potential for flammability and explosiveness. It attains accurate control of the mold temperature by means of an intelligent control system and efficient heating and cooling techniques.

The Hengde dust explosion-proof mould temperature controller is commonly utilized in temperature management for injection moulding, die-casting, carbon fibre composite material production, printing and textile industries, chemical reactors, calendering hot-melt glue rollers, hot-pressing SMC fibreglass moulds, extrusion cylinders, lithium battery new energy applications, oven drying processes, and custom-made non-standard temperature control devices. In the case of overall explosion-proof, every mechanical part and electrical control device, like the electrical control cabinet, heating pipe and circulating pump, is given an explosion-proof design. For partial explosion-proof, the focus is mainly on the explosion-proof treatment of the electrical control cabinet.
