The Hengde HC-480WD water cooled screw chiller has a cooling capacity of 160hp. It is often referred to as a 480 kW water cooled chiller and a 130 ton water cooled chiller. This model is equipped with two compressors. It is commonly used to cool large production and processing equipment. • The main refrigeration valve components are of world-famous brands like Emerson of America, Danfoss of Denmark, and Carel of Italy. They have accurate control, reliable qualities, and are energy-saving and highly capable.
•  For the electrical system, the unit employs electrical elements of international brands such as Siemens, Schneider, and LS. The standard control box of the water-cooled water chiller unit has a protection level of IPX22, and a control box with a higher protection class can be selected as required.

3. Multiple refrigerants, for instance, R134A, R407c, R22, R404a and custom ones, can be used.

4. With a complete protection system:

• Inside the compressor, there are a thermal protection module and a power protection module. The whole unit is furnished with water flow protection, antifreeze protection, high pressure protection, low pressure protection, overload protection, phase absence protection, reverse phase protection, power supply voltage protection and so on. All unit faults are shown in both Chinese and English on the operation screen, effectively preventing damage to the unit in harsh working conditions and effectively safeguarding the safe operation of the unit and extending the service life of the unit；

5. RS485 communication is selectable to perform automated management.

6. Employ imported microcomputer control method. Or Siemens' PLC control system can be optionally provided.
